Fees and Policies
FEES
Because we know that each team is unique, we have a "menu" of pricing options available.
By far the most popular option is the "flat fee" which includes up to five (5) matches and your practice time.
The flat fee for 2011 is $490 IF PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY 31ST JULY 2010. If payment is received after this date, but before 1st November, the fee is $520. After this date, the fee is $575. Teams wishing to play more than 5 matches will be charged an addtional $80 per team per match.
For teams wishing to play fewer matches, or for those teams only staying for a couple of days, then we have an individual fee of $130 per team per match. PLEASE NOTE THAT TEAMS ARE LIMITED TO 2 MATCHES WHEN TAKING THIS OPTION. If practice time is required, this is available at $12 per court hour.
ALL TEAMS PAYING THE FLAT RATE FEE MUST RESERVE THEIR ACCOMMODATION THROUGH SPRING BREAK SPORTS. THERE IS A SURCHARGE OF $350 PER TEAM FOR THOSE WISHING TO MAKE THEIR OWN ACCOMMODATION ARRANGEMENTS.
MATCH GUIDELINES
Singles - Two out of Three Sets
Doubles - One Eight Game Pro Set
Your individual match schedule will advise you whether your match starts with singles or doubles. To enable all the matches to be fitted in, you MUST adhere to this requirement. Please notify SBS if you require to play doubles first for a particular match.
RAIN POLICY
In the (unlikely!) event of rain or inclement weather, SBS will do its best to re-schedule matches or practice, based on court availability. Unfinished matches - where a result has not been determined - that exceed the allotted time will be re-scheduled based on court availability. Spring Break Sports will make the final decision. SBS accepts no responsibility if matches are unable to be re-scheduled.
ITA CODE OF CONDUCT
The ITA Code of Conduct will be enforced.

Testimonials:
My teams and I thank you for a productive and enjoyable stay in Orlando. You could not have been more accommodating and professional. The sites and the competition are top shelf. Wesleyan will certainly return to Orlando in 2011, so save our spots! Managing these weeks must be unimaginably difficult, but Spring Break Sports does a fantastic job.
Ken Alrutz, Wesleyan Uni
I wanted to thank you for such a great trip! Our guys really enjoyed it and we appreciate everything you did for us.
Patrick Fisher, Northern Illinois State
We have been using Spring Break Sports to make arrangements for our spring break trip for five years. Paul does a great job of taking the frustration out of arranging for courts and housing. We have never had difficulties in finding quality teams to play, and consider the trip an important highlight of our season.
Phil White, Southern Nazarene
I look forward to spending another great Spring Break with you and your team in 2011.
Brady Lindsley, Carthage College
I have attended 12 Spring Break trips as a player, assistant coach, and head coach. This year's week in Orlando was by far the best. The matches were competitive, the weather was beautiful, the facilities were great, and your staff was amazing- I have never received the kind of attention you gave this week. As long as I am coaching we will go nowhere else. Thanks for all your time and energy.
Kevin Calhoun, Georgetown College
You guys always come through! Your help in setting up our trip to Puerto Rico was invaluable and helped save the team money and yet gave us first class accommodations! The resort was thoroughly enjoyable!
Doug Eng, Tufts University
I believe we will be heading back to Florida next year for Spring Break 2011. We did like staying at Westgate Lakes Resort as well... Great location, nice amenities, plenty of stuff to do.
Jon Henning, Hamline Uni
We had one of the most enjoyable trips in 2010 with the help of your program. The first time we stayed in a house. It was great. We were close to meet and practice sites. We had every possible amenity at our fingertips-shopping, movies, restaurants, entertainment and easy access to the highways. Thank you again for helping us to have a great time relaxing and competing.
Ann Koger, Haverford College
I cannot thank you and your staff enough for all the work you did on our behalf. We had a fantastic time in Florida and it was mainly due to your hard work keeping things streamlined for us.
Mike Raymond, Uni of Hartford
We very much enjoyed our week with Spring Break Sports, and are planning to make it an annual event. The accommodations at the Marriott are outstanding, and the courts we play on are excellent. We would like to commit for Spring 2011.
Dee Moris, Cedarville Uni
