2023 PRICING – FLAT FEE
$795 - Early Payment (payment must be received by August 31st, 2022)
$895 - Late Payment (payment received after August 31st, 2022)
The Flat Fee includes up to 5 matches and one practice session per team, including at least one match at the USTA National Campus. If a team would like to add an additional match after the 5 included matches, the cost will be $125 per team/per match. Teams are welcome to substitute any of their included matches for a practice (1.5 – 2.0 hours x 3 courts).
All match slots are 3.5 hours, which includes a 30 minute warm up.
The flat fee includes score cards and seating at all facilities and water and ice at most facilities. Please ensure you notify us if you require singles sticks at time of scheduling and we will do our best to accommodate this.
No match locations are guaranteed. However, every team on the flat fee is guaranteed at least one match at the USTA National Campus.
Teams wishing to play 2 matches in a day are welcome to schedule this, however no 2nd matches are guaranteed until every first match has been allocated. Please note some 2nd matches may be scheduled on Har-Tru courts. The busiest court days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, therefore teams are far more likely to get a double header on hard courts later in the week or at the weekend.
INDIVIDUAL MATCHES (1 OR 2 ONLY)
For teams passing through Orlando or Tampa during the tournament, we offer the opportunity to participate in Spring Break Tennis!

(Minimum 2 nights lodging for team must be booked through Spring Break Tennis).
$15 per court hour for practice
Special pricing is available for Florida Schools to participate with Spring Break Tennis.
$125 per team/per match – match location cannot be guaranteed.
We would ask, where practical, that Florida teams host matches at their own facility from 3/6 - 3/10 and 3/13 – 3/16/2023 – as these are the two busiest weeks.
For the week of 3/25 to 4/1, there is no charge for Florida teams who come to one of our facilities to play an out of state team who is already on the flat fee with SBT.
$15 per court hour for practice
Please note: If an overnight stay is needed, lodging must be booked through Spring Break Tennis.
All match fees must be received by December 15th, 2022 otherwise matches may be cancelled.
All teams will have access to the Athletic Trainer when they are playing a match/practice at the USTA National Campus. We are currently investigating the provision of trainers at additional facilities, but this may be subject to an additional charge.
STAY TO PLAY POLICY
Spring Break Tennis is a stay-to-play event - all lodging must be booked through Spring Break Tennis otherwise teams will be subject to a $750 surcharge per team (i.e. $1,500 for a Men’s and a Women’s team).
Singles - Two out of Three Sets. Super tie break for 3rd set. (If this is a conference match or nationally ranked match that requires a 3rd set, please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate).
Doubles – Per NCAA/NAIA/JUCO format.
Your individual match schedule will advise you whether your match starts with singles or doubles. To enable all the matches to be fitted in, you MUST adhere to this requirement. Please notify SBS if you require to play doubles first for a particular match.
RAIN POLICY/ UNFINISHED MATCHES
In the event of rain or inclement weather, SBS will do its best to re-schedule matches or practice, based on court availability including Har-Tru courts.
Unfinished matches - where a result has not been determined - that exceed the allotted time may be re-scheduled based on court availability.
SBS accepts no responsibility if matches are unable to be re-scheduled.
Once you have completed your on-line registration form, we will add you to the list of teams and send you a link to enable you to see who else will be in Orlando for your week. We will also send you an invoice for your match fees - based on the flat fee unless you tell us otherwise.
Coaches should go ahead and schedule their desired matches – bearing in mind that SBS will allocate a time and location for all matches. Match times are generally 8am, 11.30 am, 3pm and 6.30/7pm. Once you have a completed schedule – including preferred practice times, please email this to Brian@SpringBreakSports.com
Final schedules must be received by 12/15/2022. Schedules received after this date may not be guaranteed a match at the USTA National Campus. Our goal is to have the first draft of the schedule released by 1/20/2023.
Please remember that we will continue to add teams to the list as they sign up – with many teams not signing up until September.
As a point of reference, the week of 2/25 – 3/4 and 3/18 – 3/25 we generally see 35 – 50 teams per week. For the weeks of 3/4 – 3/11 and 3/11 to 3/18 we generally see 90 – 120 teams per week. For the week of 3/25 to 4/1 numbers are much smaller and we are happy to facilitate matches against local Florida teams for you.
SBS staff will contact you to find out your individual lodging requirements and to start the process of booking housing.
In order to facilitate this, we will need to know your approximate travel dates, number of players, number of coaches, whether you are happy for players to share a king or queen size bed and if you want coaches to have a separate house from the players.
If you are traveling by Charter Bus, you must notify us prior to finalizing your lodging in order for us to ensure bus access to your houses. Ideally housing would be finalized by the end of September. I understand this is not always possible, but the earlier we start this, the better.
Teams wishing to reserve vans, mini vans or cars, should request this as early as possible as numbers of 12 and 15 pax vans remain limited. We are able to accommodate drivers from 21 years and over. Unless supply increases over the coming months, we will only allocate 1 x large vehicle (12 or 15 pax van) per team and priority will be given to teams that have paid their match fees.
