Event Costs

Registration Fee:

$200 per team. Registration is waived for teams that have paid their first housing deposit by September 30th.

Fields: All fields will have freshly painted lines, and Field 3 will be designated as a dedicated game field.

 

Practice Field Cost:

$100 per field hour (minimum 2-hour block). This includes water, ice, practice balls, and cones on the field.

Colleges Game Fee:

 $1,000 per team per team, per game.

Includes:

• 3 officials and 1 assignor fee

• Field rental for 3 hours

• Site Director on-site to ensure a smooth transition at the start of each practice/game

• Game balls

• Covered scorer and stats table (including power; stats person not provided)

• Scoreboard and scoreboard operator

• Shot clocks and shot clock operator

• Water and ice for each team, refilled throughout the game by a dedicated staff member

High School Game Fee:

$400 per team, per game plus the cost of officials (teams will have an option on the level of officials they are requiring).

Includes:

​Field rental for 3 hours

• Site Director on-site to ensure a smooth transition at the start of each practice/game

• Game balls

• Covered scorer and stats table (including power; stats person not provided)

• Scoreboard and scoreboard operator

• Shot clocks and shot clock operator

• Water and ice for each team, refilled throughout the game by a dedicated staff member

 

Officials:

Helios Lacrosse will be responsible for booking and paying for officials.

Bob Pradella will assign the men's games and Colleen Spiegelhoff will assign the women's games at NERP.

This is a stay-to-play event. All lodging must be booked through Helios Lacrosse and our housing partner, Spring Break Sports.
